How it works

We accept consignment by appointment only from Tuesday to Saturday.

We do NOT accept consignment items on Sundays, and NEVER accept walk ins.

Bring in no more than 20 items for us to look through. Each appointment takes about 15 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost due to theft, fire, or flood.

It is up to you to keep track of your consigned items. You may contact us to check your contract status by phone, email, or in person.

What we accept

Gently-used, quality, current fashion items, including clothing, outerwear, scarves, hats, jewelry, purses, and shoes.

Items in fantastic condition, clean, wrinkle free, and on hangers or nicely folded in a grocery bag. (We do not accept items brought in plastic garbage bags.)

Shoes should be wiped down inside and out.

Empty purses and wallets.

We do not accept most fast fashion brands (especially Shein, H&M, and Forever 21.)

Getting Paid

You accrue store credit as items sell in the amount of 40%. Once your contract ends, you may request a check - which is paid at 30%.

What happens after 60 days

If you would like to pick up unsold items, please do so within seven days of your contract end date, which is noted on your contract. 

Unclaimed expired merchandise will be donated after 7 days.​

If you choose to donate your items, they are donated to Lifelong Thrift and Big Brothers, Big Sisters once your contract ends.
